Jean-Jacques apparel is a lifestyle brand.  We are also a made to order company. We aim to help empower the less fortunate in our society.  Through unique and motivational designs on our apparel, we aim to  reinvigorate the cliche, “words have power” and success is a mindset.  It is absolutely essential for a person to be very careful of their thinking, words, and actions.  We hope to inspire unity among all people for a more cohesive community.

At its core, Jean-Jacques is a give-back organization, forever striving to be our brother’s keeper, and encouraging others to do the same.  From each sale, we contribute 10% to a fund that is used to donate to local families and charities.

Jean-Jacques LLC is a made to order company, meaning that the item(s) are not produced until after your order is placed. We work on a schedule of 4 to 7 business days per production cycle, therefore, we ask for up to 4 to 7 business days before your order ships out to you.

During this time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Production times may vary if you ordered a backorder, an embroidery item, or a large order.

For now, we are an exclusively online store.

We are very proud to say that the majority of our t-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts are 100% Made In America! While we do have a few items that are acquired from all over the world, we are working daily on getting all raw material 100% American made.

Every single item we sell is designed, printed, embroidered, packaged, and shipped right here in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are relentlessly trying to improve our community  and, as a family owned and operated company, we fully understand the importance of procuring all items within the USA.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.

Orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 safety procedures put in place at our warehouse to ensure everyone’s safety.  We appreciate your patience at this time, and will notify you as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 and Kids’ orders over $75. By becoming a ShopRunner member, you can receive free 2-day shipping and free returns on all eligible orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, only for special circumstances and at the customer’s request.  If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada outside of the United States. 

Do you offer gift boxes?

Not at this time.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

What are the benefits of pre-ordering?

Pre-ordering allows our customers to reserve highly-anticipated items in advance. This is particularly useful when limited-release or runway collections are introduced online before inventory becomes available.

How do I pre-order a special style?

Styles marked ‘Pre-Order Today’ are pictured online, along with an estimated arrival date. To ensure you receive this limited-release style before anyone else, simply purchase the merchandise as you usually would on JordanJeanJacques.com. After your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number. Once inventory becomes available in our warehouse; you’ll be the first to receive it. We’ll send you a second confirmation email containing shipping and tracking information so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery. Please note, product launch dates may be subject to change. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your pre-ordered items.

Since pre-ordered items are shipped separately, they will not be sent with any other JordanJeanJacques.com items you may have ordered. If you ordered pre-ordered items with in-stock items, we’ll include them all on your order status and shipping confirmation email, but we’ll send a separate shipping confirmation email when your pre-ordered item is shipped.

We’re unable to process your order until we receive your payment, so please make sure you have sufficient funds available so you can get your pre-ordered items as soon as possible. If you pay by credit card and your payment is declined, we cannot guarantee that your pre-ordered item will be delivered. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll work to get this resolved.

I’m trying to place an order but it’s not going through, why?

Check to make sure that all of your items are eligible for shipping to your desired location and verify that your address and payment information are correct. Please note, your shipping address and credit card address must match.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 30-minute grace period upon confirmation. Please note your order will be processed after 30 minutes. Changes and cancellations attempted after this window will not be validated. At this time we are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please contact us.

Can I update shipping information after I place an order?

Upon confirmation of your order, you will have 30 minutes to cancel your order. After the 30 minute period has ended, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled. We are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please contact us.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for our carriers to update your information into their system.

To track your order, simply log into My Account on JordanJeanJacques.com and click on the provided tracking number. From there, you’ll automatically be linked to the carrier’s page, which will show the status and location of your order.

Please note, to expedite deliveries, items from a single order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails but you will not be charged additionally if your order is divided into separate shipments.

You can also track your shipment by logging into My Account on Tommy.com and clicking on the provided tracking number.

If you’ve pre-ordered an item, you will receive your order and tracking number via email once the item is available based on its inventory availability.

Do I need to sign for my package?

You will only need to sign for a package if your order exceeds $500. If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, it will be returned to our warehouse.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or is damaged, please contact your carrier immediately so that an investigation can proceed. If you need additional support from us after they begin the investigation process, please contact us. We are here to help.

My tracking status shows ‘delivered’ but I did not receive my package. What do I do?

For standard delivery packages shipped via SurePost or USPS Priority Mail, please allow 7 business days before contacting the carrier service to report missing items or to initiate a tracing process.

For packages shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Second Day or UPS Overnight, please contact us to initiate a Carrier Claim. UPS claim investigations take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to complete.

Please note, Jean-Jacques LLC is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to a specified address and signed for.

When will I be charged?

If you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged until your order has shipped. When paying by debit and bank check cards, your payment will debit from your account immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Why isn’t my payment going through?

Make sure that your billing name and address match the credit card you’re using for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, JordanJeanJacques.com accepts PayPal payments. Please note that if you are using PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process.

How much will I be charged for tax?

Taxes will be charged based on the applicable state and local percentage and price of your merchandise total and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

What is final sale?

Merchandise marked Final Sale will not be restocked and may not be returned or exchanged.

My promotion code isn’t working, what’s going on?

To redeem a special offer, enter your promo code while in your shopping bag or during checkout. After entering the offer code, adjustments will be made to eligible products and will be displayed in your order summary. If you’re having trouble, make sure to double check that the terms of the promotional code you’re using are eligible with the items you have in your cart.

How do I create an account?

Simply click Register or follow the prompts when placing an order. Creating an account gives you an easy and convenient way to shop, track your shipments, and receive emails about your order.

How do I change my account password?

In order to change your account password, you will need to either log in to your account or click on Forgot Password to reset it. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you will need to check out as a Guest.

How do I unlock my account if it’s been locked?

Are your products made in a WRAP factory?

Yes, some of our products are made in  WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified factory.   To find out more about WRAP factories click here.

Will your products shrink after washing?

Our products are made with the finest materials.  100% Cotton products have a tendency to shrink after washing, so we advise you buy one size up from your regular size.  We also, strongly urge you to follow the care label explicitly.

If an item is sold out, will it come back in stock?

Since fashion is always evolving, we will not receive any additional inventory once an item is sold out.

How do I care for my JeanJacques products?

All JordanJeanJacques.com products contain a label with laundering and care instructions. You will also find these instructions on the product description pages on JeanJacques.com. For additional assistance regarding fabric care, visit our Care Instructions page .

How do I find the right size?

Please refer to our size-guide.

You may also refer to our size charts that are located in the product descriptions for accurate sizing. Use the following guidelines, along with a fabric tape measure, to be certain you’re ordering the right size. Make sure to wear little or no clothing when taking your measurements.

Waist 
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the slimmest part of your natural waistline – above the navel and below your ribcage.

Hips 
Measure the fullest part of your hips at the top of your legs – approximately 8 inches below your natural waistline.

Thigh 
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the fullest part of your thigh.

Chest 
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the fullest part of your bust.

Neck 
Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam’s apple) and allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

Inseam 
With the appropriate shoes on, measure from your top of the inner thigh to your desired pant length.
